What we publish
We publish business data from public sources only: business name, category, address, business phone, opening hours, website and photos of the venue. We do not publish owner names, personal phone numbers, personal emails or any other personal data.
Legal basis
Publishing business information relies on legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f): informing residents and visitors about city services. Data sent by merchants is processed on the consent given in the form.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing. Removal requests take the entry offline immediately and are answered within 30 days. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante Privacy).
Measurement, maps and videos
Visit counting is anonymous, uses no cookies and identifies nobody. Google Maps and YouTube videos load only after you allow them, because those services may log your visit.
With your permission, Google Ads measures visits from our ads to evaluate and optimize the campaign. Declining blocks this measurement. We do not send names, email addresses, or other form data. Google privacy and safety
Retention
Business entries stay published while accurate and of public interest. Removal requests, consents and claims are kept for 24 months as compliance evidence.
